Separated weaves together the personal narratives of Syracuse University students who previously served in the U. S. armed forces. Based on in-depth interviews with the eight cast members, the piece of documentary theatre explores the realities of their military experiences, and the personal life, student life, and return-to-civilian-life challenges they face, navigate, and overcome.
